Xtruder

Xtruder is a free software synthesizer developed by MVX Synths. Available format(s): VST for Windows.

This new synth is an experiment with power solutions. Some complex new brand morph oscillators (AM+FM+Sync), some filter matrix presets and selectable envelope decay speed. The idea started in 2007 and have been awaiting for a long time to reach a final version. I’ve used it a lot, but of course I’m not including a long list of patches. If you like its sound, just create and share your own patches.

The last time I updated the plug-in was in 2011, so now I suppose it is finally finished. It’s planned to change the GUI when a lot of people use it.

xTrem is a free tremolo Audio Unit plugin developed by Music Unfolding. Compatible OS(s): macOS.

xTrem is a tremolo unit capable of a range of tremolo shapes; it works as a mono or stereo tremolo. In mono mode, the left channel controls are active. The two channels are fully independent except for the tremolo depth setting, this gives it the capability of producing some interesting panning/tremolo combinations.

The XT-EQ Equalizer features a revolutionary filter shape that was originally designed for precision speaker management. Unlike a conventional EQ, when 2 or more adjacent bands are adjusted, the shape is “flat” across the top. This avoids the “comb filter” shape of a typical multiband EQ.
