The idea with the WallsOfSound plug-in is to emulate, in a way most general as possible, the reverberant effects of sound traveling from sources to receivers in a three-dimensional space – bounded, fully or partially, by walls of specified sonic reflectivity coefficients. Rather than control reverb and echo with the conventional knob or slider-driven, single-dimensional delay parameters and the like, reverberant effects would be created by actually creating a virtual room and laying out sources and receivers in the three dimensions – a more intuitive approach.
WallsOfSound is compatible with these 3D room/floor planning/editing packages: Sweet Home 3D, Google Sketchup 8.

I made this for a project to do with convolution reverbs.
The plugin itself allows for two impulse responses. They can be mixed between as desired and each one can be gained separately.
This then goes through a parametric EQ (nothing particularly special I’m afraid.)
Both the reverb and EQ can be bypassed as desired as well.
I have not got any impulse responses to add to the project but it runs from any mp3 impulse.
Would love to hear feedback. Just playing around basically and want to share.
(The design is a bit rubbish but I’m not known for my designs)

Many guitar apps use a form of Amp Modelling which in most cases is just fancy form of EQ. This is great for electric guitars, but not so good for acoustic. StompBox allows various amp EQs both via the PreAmp and additional effects, but the important thing for acoustic guitar users is that these EQs can be completely bypassed.
