Scott Drums virtual instrument is a free drums sound bank for Kontakt, by Ivy Audio.

Scott Drums is a sample library of a drum kit. Every kit piece was close miked in a professional studio and recorded with five round robins and eight dynamic layers. The library has built in per-channel FX, and includes a “dry mix” mode for a bleed-free sound.

SARP

SARP virtual instrument is a free sound bank for Kontakt, by Channel Robot.

SARP is a free Kontakt arpeggiator-instrument.

Sometimes its easier to just do rather than say, and our unique and creative arpeggiator is one such time. We’ve used the engine inside SARP in a range of products, Folio Bass, Phenomena, and others.

We wanted to give everyone an opportunity to try the sequencer for free so you can learn how to use it to its potential before you purchase any of the full products that use the same arp. So here it is stand-alone and for-free.

SARP showcases our advanced ‘Multi-key’ sequencer. Unlike other sequencers, this enables you to run up to 8 different sequencers at the same time- based on how many and which notes are pressed on your keyboard. The first lane corresponds to the first key pressed, the second lane to the second key and so on. It’s very flexible and easy to use.

There’s only 8 voices to select from (2 Basses from Folio Bass, 2 voices from Phenomena, 2 from the up-coming KeyTone and 2 drum kits from the up-coming Folio Drums), so it’s never going to be your go-to sound source, but for creative poly-rhythmic arpeggiations we think its unsurpassed.

You can make Kontakt send MIDI notes out so you can even place your sound-source-of-choice right after SARP-Kontakt in your DAW to get arpeggiated sequences using other instruments. So it should be really really useful straight out of the box.

Samples Of Tenalach virtual instrument is a free sound bank for Kontakt and Sforzando, by 99Sounds.

Samples Of Tenalach is a free collection of sci-fi sound effects and abstract sonic textures designed by Johan Ekelove (Introspectral). This royalty free sound library concludes the trilogy of sci-fi inspired SFX sample collections created by Introspectral and released by 99Sounds.

The library contains 91 sound effects in 24-bit WAV format. The included sound effects are completely royalty free and suitable for use as background textures and tension builders in electronic music, as well as sci-fi sound effects in video games and movies. Apart from the samples in WAV format, Samples Of Tenalach contains instrument mappings for Native Instruments Kontakt and Plogue Sforzando.

Project Exodus virtual instrument is a free sound bank for Kontakt, by 99Sounds.

Project Exodus is a free collection of cinematic soundscapes, analog pads, sound effects and looped cinematic sequences crafted by Bryan Lake. The library contains a set of 127 original instrument patches for electronic musicians, film score composers, game developers and sound designers.

The library is organized into three subfolders containing soundscapes, instruments and sequences. The included patches are based on a custom scripted user interface for NI Kontakt, providing hands-on control over parameters like reverb, delay, filter cutoff and distortion amount. All included sounds are royalty free.
