Element is a free routing and wrapper VST, VST3, Audio Unit, AAX, Ladspa, LV2 plugin developed by Kushview. Compatible OS(s): Windows 64b, macOS.

Element is a modular AU/VST/VST3 audio plugin host for live performance and the studio. Chain plugins together into effects racks and instruments.

As an Instrument: Play virtual instruments by loading synth plugins. Use multiple graphs to switch programs instantly.

As an Effects Rack: Chain effect plugins in parallel or series. Route audio from anywhere to anywhere.

Runs in your DAW: Element is a standalone plugin host, but can also run as a plugin in your DAW. Open a new pipeline between you and your tools.

CrossOver

CrossOver is a free routing VST plugin developed by rs-met. Compatible OS(s): Windows.

CrossOver is a plug-in to split an incoming signal into several (at most 4) frequency ranges. It can be used to build your own multiband effects within a modular (sub)host environment. By using only 2 bands, you can also create bass-effects. These are effects which (counterintuitively) keep the low frequency range dry and affect only the high frequency range.

The band-splitting is done by complementary pairs of Linkwitz-Riley lowpass/highpass filters, the slope of which is adjustable between 12 and 96 dB/oct. For configurations with more than 2 output bands, the signal is first split into 2 bands (low and high) and then the low or high or both bands is/are split further, thus the splitting is done in a hierarchical manner.

2-Band / 4-Band is a free routing VST plugin developed by rhythminmind.net. Compatible OS(s): Windows.

4-Band and 2-Band are 100% transparent Four/Two-Band Frequency Divider VST plug-ins for use in modular mixing environments. They split the audio into bands whilst keeping the audio integrity intact. This can be used for frequency dependent FX and mastering purposes. It uses subtractive phase techniques as opposed to minimal phase EQ. In other words the basic signal flow design framework won’t change or color your audio (You can test this by double bussing & inverting the phase).
