VASP Sound Pack I is a collection of 16 additional instruments from the VASP rompler plugin.

VASP is a collection of real vintage analog synth samples wrapped in a straightforward plugin interface. VASP is available for both Mac and PC. Compatible with any software supporting AU and VST formats such as Logic Pro, Fruityloops, Ableton Live, Maschine etc.

VASP was created with the intention to allow anyone to experience the use of real vintage analog synth tones in their modern setup.

VASP does not feature any digital filter or modulation effects. Instead, the samples feature the original real analog filters and chorus effects recorded straight from a vintage analog synthesizer. All samples are originally programmed and recorded by Greynote Music.

In addition, the samples are fully multi-sampled. This means each note has been sampled individually. To achieve even more realism, a round robin playback engine has been added as well.

VASP comes with a gain, attack and release control and poly/mono/legato playback modes.

ValhallaFreqEcho is a frequency shifter, combined with an analog-style echo. The MkI release adds a GUI as well as the ability to sync the delay time to the tempo. The sonic results encompass barberpole flanging and phasing, dub echoes that constantly rise or fall in pitch, the classic detuning of frequency shifting, and a variety of psychedelic, evolving self-oscillation patterns that will spin around and through your skull.

UpStereo

UpStereo is a free stereo imaging VST, Audio Unit plugin developed by QuikQuak. Compatible OS(s): Windows, macOS.

UpStereo is a simple, useful tool to make your mixes bigger, in stereo width and loudness.

It uses three basic basic systems:

A fixed frequency EQ designed to lift the highest audio frequencies, and boost the bass.

A stereo width unit, for expanding stereo sounds so they appear wider and fatter. At extreme levels other characteristics are also brought out of the sound, so this can also be used as a tonal control for individual instruments. This also has a mono setting, useful for squashing up those aggressive samples that take over the mix.

A loudness button that raises the waveform to the limits in a smooth curve. This saturation gives the mix a more perceived loudness, without clipping.

These stages create an overall loudness effect on the final output, so a gain control is included to keep the limits in check.

The main ‘bubble’ display on the plug-in is really a basic meter, when one of the stereo halves flash white, then the output is in danger of being clipped. Try and keep the levels so the white flashes only occasionally, this enables the loudness saturator to work at its best.

Upright Piano is a freeware piano virtual instrument. It is based on a set of upright piano samples recorded by Rudi Fiasco. The instrument features four sampled notes per octave and six velocity layers per sampled note. The samples were recorded in stereo. Key release samples are also included.

The plugin features a volume envelope (adjustable attack and release time), tremolo effect (adjustable speed and modulation depth), a built-in low-pass filter, and a reverb effect. The key release volume and output volume can also be adjusted by the user.
