If you want to replace sounds on a drum track with some other sound, this is a really difficult and unreliable plug-in to use. But if you want to make some random techno noises it’s fine for that.

Beat Chopper allows you to load a WAV audio sample, split it, and trigger it from various positions by MIDI.
The sample can be split to 4, 8, 16 or 32 parts or split automatically by volume. The user interface displays the sample waveform, chop points, and current playing position in real time.
This plugin can be used to slice up a beat and easily create many variations of it. However, the usage does not have to limit to drum beats – use your imagination and chop for example a guitar riff.
Multiple Beat Chopper instances can be run simultaneously. The plugin is available only as Windows DLL.
This software is still young and lot’s of improvements are on the way.
To install, copy the folder contained in the zip file to your VST plugins directory.

BattleComp Vintage is a punchy yet smooth compressor with an EQ and a high-pass filter on its internal sidechain and tube emulation + soft-clipping circuit in the output stage to keep peaks under control, all in one VST plug-in. The high-pass filter on the enveloper follower makes it easy to avoid pumping effects when there’s a lot of bass – something many compressors struggle with.
