Eternity is a powerful virtual analogue synthesizer featuring 2 VCOs with about 140 waveforms each (Sine, Triangle, Sawtooth, Square plus 135 special wave forms). Each oscillator can work in Single, Dual, Fat and Ultrafat modes.

The core of the synthesizer is the custom randomization that can be assigned or not to any of the knobs. It is easy to set up custom presets for instant production of any type of sound. For example, just create a Bass sound and fix (exclude randomization) the knobs to give the sound shape (VCA Envelope & VCF Envelope) to generate unlimited bass sounds with only a mouse click.

Quickly add up to six incidental samples to a project with a choice of basic playback behaviours and comprehensive MIDI control and automation options. (Right click anything for available MIDI control.)

Load 16 or 24-bit WAV files of any sample rate. Play samples from/to any position within them using the Start/End parameters. Play one shot, looped, reversed and pitched – semitone and fine. Both semitone and fine pitching have a range of 2 octaves up/down and can be used in conjunction with each other (play speed will increase/decrease when pitched).

Although samples can be mapped to play on a range of keys, there is no tracking, i.e. samples will play at the same pitch for the entire set range. ESP is not suitable to create chromatic instruments.

Play modes:

Start – Plays one shot from start/end point to end/start point (depending on play direction) or looped between these points.

Start 2 – Plays from start/end point to end/start point (depending on play direction) but loops between Start 2 and end/start points. Looping must be set to On, Fade or ZeroX for Start 2 to operate.

Looping options:

Off – One shot.

On – Standard.

Fade – Fades in/out around loop point.

ZeroX – Attempts to find zero crossings of adjusted positions (can reduce or eliminate clicking).

There is also an option to use a file’s embedded loop.

MIDI channel and audio output options for each slot.

Interface colours can be edited for the background and for each slot.

Mouse-over help is incorporated into the interface.

A small set of files, used in the preset examples, is included.

This plugin created by beatassist.eu is designed so that the user may create various ambient sounds within a flash.

The synth is divided by three oscillators:

Bass;

Atmosphere one;

Atmosphere two.

Each oscillator counts with modulation, amp envelope, modulation envelope, two filters, one using “Q” factor.

Atmosphere one and two oscillators are also gifted of pitch envelope and filter envelope regarding cutoff/Resonance and both.

The three oscillators have a Sync LFO with two targets at choice, speed up from 8 bars to 1/16b, 4 waveforms and release sync option that relies on Note/Transport Run/BarStart and Off or Random.

This synth also has a Chorus effect and a Stereo Delay effect that can be connected to Atmosphere one and two.

The Reverb effect that is provided, opens for both Atmosphere one and two at once (Bass oscillator does not have these options).

There is a Stepper effect in this VSTi that has 6 different target options for multiple effects considering the oscillators features. Reverse and Forward option is also available for the Stepper.

erratic is a free drum sampler VST plugin developed by de la Mancha. Compatible OS(s): Windows.

erratic 2 is a drum sample player with many randomising and velocity sensitive options to make any drum pattern sound different on each loop. It can be used to add realism or surrealism depending on how you want to set it up. At the core you have a 15 slot drum sampler with 6 velocity layers per slot, each layer can be played according to velocity, cycled (round-robin) or randomly triggered. To vary things up a bit you can determine the hit probability and hit repeat probability for each slot and add a random factor for the velocity, pan and swing for each hit.

In addition to the velocity layers, this update adds velocity-sensitive decay envelopes for volume & filter cut-off, as well as velocity sensitivity to pitch and filter cut-off. Another new feature is the hit repeat probability, with delay time, repeat velocity and velocity sensitive feedback. The step-sequencer is replaced by a more flexible MIDI / piano-roll triggering, which allows better management of note precision, long patterns and different time signatures. Improvements have been made to give 4 choke groups across all samples, better mute/solo options, sample reverse, sample normalisation, MIDI out, support for 32-bit wavs and more samples than ever before.

Ergo EUB

Ergo EUB is a free sample pack by Karoryfer. Avalaible audio files format(s): sfz.

Samples of a simple electric upright bass, both bowed and plucked. Normally tuned CGDA, an octave below a cello, but the lowest string is also sampled detuned down to A, F# and E an octave below the low E on a standard four-string bass. Arco has four velocity layers and two to four round robins per note, pizz has three velocity layers and three-four round robins. Also includes samples of some of the lower notes processed to sound somewhat like kick drums.
