GWS RanPan

GWS RanPan is a free stereo imaging Audio Unit plugin developed by Ten by Ten. Compatible OS(s): macOS.

GWS RanPan is a random panning effect that is linked to tempo. Four different pan/gain behaviors are available:

Random Pan (Tempo)
Audio is panned among the channels at random in sync with a beat or fractional beat.

Random Hard Pan (Tempo)
Audio is randomly panned hard left or hard right, in sync with a beat or fractional beat.

Independent Random Gain (Tempo)
The gain of each channel is reduced by a random amount, in sync with a beat or fractional beat.

Independent Random Gain (Total)
The gain of each set of frames received for processing is reduced by a random amount. Each channel is treated independently.

GUid Machine is a stand alone Step Sequencer combined with a sample player. The Step sequencer has 4 X 16 steps while the sample player can load 4 samples simultaneously.

GTX

GTX is a free compressor VST plugin developed by de la Mancha. Compatible OS(s): Windows.

GTX is a vintage style ‘character’ compressor, designed like its muscle car name-sake for brute power, pure speed and to make a loud noise. It has everything you’d expect in a thorough-bred compressor, but is tuned for maximum control and ease of use, with its own unique vintage colouring on top, according to de la Mancha.

GTX is an RMS compressor, similar to GTO but customised with a smoother RMS delivery and further refinement in the shape of a knee control. It features super-fast attack and release times and has a wide range of threshold, ratio and output boost, so it can cover everything from subtle correction to death-by-compression, with everything in between. With an external sidechain, wet/dry mix for NY compression and a hard limiter too, de la Mancha says “you can really push this baby to get pumping bass and block-rockin’ beats”. The metering covers input, output and gain reduction, showing real-time and peak level.

GTune

GTune is a free tuner VST plugin developed by GVST. Compatible OS(s): Windows 64b, macOS, Linux.

GTune is a chromatic instrument tuner which operates much like its hardware counterparts. It will automatically detect the pitch of a note being played, and display the Western scale note that it is closest to.

The main part of the display mimics a typical electronic tuner. When a pitch is detected, the nearest note is displayed along with an LED-style indication of flatness/sharpness.

There is also a text display providing more accuracy, should it be needed. It gives the detected frequency in Hertz and its position in the Western scale. The latter is shown as a note-name and an offset in cents. For example, “E -13” indicates that the detected pitch is 13 cents below E.
