Multiply

Multiply is a free chorus VST, Audio Unit, AAX plugin developed by Acon Digital. Compatible OS(s): Windows, macOS.

Acon Digital Multiply is a versatile chorus effect with a unique twist. Each simulated voice is processed with a phase randomizing filter so that unpleasant comb filter effects are avoided. The effect can be used to simulate the effect of several performers playing the same tones simultaneously, to widen the spatial image or to create special effects for sound design. Multiply can simulate up to 6 additional voices and both the pitch and the loudness of the voices can be modulated. There is also an integrated equalizer consisting of low cut, low shelf, high shelf and high cut filters that can be applied to the effect signal. An integrated pre-delay section makes it possible to create modulated and diffuse echo effects.

Acon Digital Multiply is available free of charge for both Windows (PC) and OS X (Macintosh). Both 32 and 64-bit versions are available, and the plug-in formats VST, AAX and Audio Units (OS X only) are supported.

MultiInspectorFree is a 31 band spectral analyzer designed to be used in a multitrack environment and provides an easy way for simultaneous spectral analysis of several audio signals.

The first instance of MultiInspectorFree behaves like a standard 31 band spectral analyzer. Additional instances automatically send their spectral analysis result to all other instances of MultiInspectorFree. Every editor window of MultiInspectorFree shows the same content. Therefore, after opening all necessary plug-in instances it is sufficient to leave just one editor window open. The width and the color of the level bars are adjusted according to the current number of instances.

MultiInspectorFree incorporates a standard third octave frequency analyzer. The centre frequencies of the bands are based on the ISO 266:1997 standard (20 Hz to 20 kHz). Pink noise will appear flat in the frequency spectrum.

MultiInspectorFree supports up to 4 instances at a sample rate of 44.1 kHz.

Multiband Stereo Imager Lite

Multiband Stereo Imager Lite is a free stereo imaging VST plugin developed by Bitsonic. Compatible OS(s): Windows.

Using Multiband Stereo Image Modifier Lite you can freely change the sense of space, in 3 different frequency-ranges. Mid/Side mode optimalizes the audio sign. You can change the volume or stereo image with the Mid/Side volume functions:

Graphic frequency range handler interface: It can manage 3 different frequency ranges. The overlay of the different ranges can be changed with the vertical white lines. The ranges are colour-coded. When used, the vectorscope shows the stereo images of the ranges, and therefore you can see on the graphic display if the sense of space is correct.

Side volume: Adds to the sense of space. In middle-state there is no change. Pushing the slider up the sign changes to mono, pushing it down adds to the sense of space. Deafult value is 128.

Mid volume: Changes the volume of the mid-channel Useful function, because it lowers the middle sounds’volume – like the kickdrum or the vocal zone. Default volume is 256.

Volume: All 3 frequency-ranges’ volume can be changed separately.

Modifier on/off: In off mode the switch turns off all the effects in the program.

Band buttons: These buttons are used to turn on and off the different frequency-ranges. When turned off, it turns off the whole stream of signs from the ranges – meaning that both effects and the original sign will be turned off. In this state the frequency-ranges’ interface can’t be seen, therefore it’s easy to tell which range is on or off.

Multiband Ringmod I

Multiband Ringmod I is a free ring modulator VST plugin developed by Hilofi. Compatible OS(s): Windows.

Multiband Ringmod I is a multiple ring modulator based on frequency selection. It selects from the signal four frequency bands – Low; Middle Low; Middle High; High. Each band is modulated by the signal generated by the sum of the other three bands. The “Multiband Ringmod I pack” includes mono/stereo versions and a mono/stereo Knob Edition for live usage.
