N4 Player is here to offer to all customers important new features and improvements. Moreover, N4 Player offers a seamless crossgrade path to the paid full version of N4. Once crossgraded, DAW sessions created with N4 Player will automatically be updated to the full N4 version.

Nomenclature

Nebula libraries for N4. A Nebula library is a collection of emulation presets created with the proprietary sampling application NAT. A Nebula library for N4 can include a custom skin or use factory generic skin (see pictures provided).

Acqua libraries for N4. An Acqua library is similar to a Nebula library but it is built by merging several emulation presets into a single one, resulting in a more complex simulation with a custom user interface (see pictures provided).

Acqua Effect plug-ins. Acqua Effect plug-ins are standard standalone plug-ins in VST2, AAX and AU format. However, they can also be loaded in N4 and N4 Player to take advantage of some additional functions (see pictures provided).

Aquarius. Aquarius is a stand-alone assistant application from Acustica Audio created to help and assist users to download, install, update, and authorize all marketplace featured products.

Marketplace. Acustica Audio’s marketplace is our fully integrated with Aquarius on-line shop, which allows ‘official 3rd party developers’ (1) to sell Nebula libraries and Acqua libraries for N4 in the same way as Acqua Effect plug-ins are being sold at the moment. Such products can be downloaded and authorized using Aquarius immediately after their purchase.

About N4 update & crossgrade option to N4

N4 Player offers a seamless crossgrade path to the paid full version of N4. Once crossgraded your created with N4 Player DAW sessions will automatically be updated to the full N4 version.

A new version of N4 is available coinciding with the launch of N4 Player including new features and bug fixes.

n0t0mizor

n0t0mizor is a free studio tools VST plugin developed by SyS Audio Research. Compatible OS(s): Windows.

n0t0mizor provides a stable and reliable solution to receive MIDI data inside a VST compatible host/wrapper; processes (randomize) the pitch of the notes inside the MIDI data stream according to user defined parameters, and then passes the MIDI data stream, including the processed note information, on to a MIDI-out channel for further usage, in- or outside the VST host. All other parameters are unaffected by n0t0miz0r (timing, velocity, note length, aftertouch etc. will be passed through untouched).

Usage
n0t0miz0r was created to provide a simple and fast solution for generating infinitely randomized output,
regarding the pitch of a given note. This is quite handy if you do not have a faulty sequencer or an analog
modular synthesizer with a sequencer option at hand. For ’80s-style electronic dance basslines for example,
unpredictable randomness is mandatory. If you press a key on your MIDI keyboard or program a sequence
and send a note to n0t0miz0r, you are ready to start the randomizing.

Whats new
Note Masking added in V1.1: n0t0miz0r now has a switchable graphical keyboard through which the user can select wich note targets are allowed or removed. This allows for the randomization to be aligned to a chromatic scale. Manual is also updated with examples.

Tune your guitar with perfect precision and frequency spectrum view

Tune your guitar, bass or other instrument with n-Track Tuner. Just put your iOS or Android device next to your instrument and play each string, the tuner will automatically recognize the note you’re playing and tell you whether you need to lower (green bar) or increase (red bar) the string’s pitch.

The spectrum analyzer provides a visual feedback of the notes played by the instrument and shows a small arrow to highlight the harmonic whose pitch the tuner is tracking.
