The Filtermate

The Filtermate is a free filter and ring modulator VST plugin developed by Synthescience. Compatible OS(s): Windows.

The Filtermate plugin was built as a “Rhythmic Filter Module”, as such it is designed for making automated or non automated filter processing to any given audio material that is fed into it with the minimum of controllers.

Basically it consists on a Clock driver that animates an LFO (Low frequency oscillator) which is coupled to a multimode filter and a mixer, a design very often found on the front panels of many vintage synthesizers, but this time as an independent plugin for you to tweak at your own will.

The Filtermate is fully automatable and has the ability to store 64 presets. It ships with a few already pre programmed ones that will show what its all about and may be the starting point to your individual creations.

Installation procedure: Unzip the file, then copy the DLLs into your VstPlugins folder.

The fattener

The fattener is a free delay VST, VST3 plugin developed by Lee Scott. Compatible OS(s): Windows 64b.

This VST plugin creates a typical fattening effect to an audio signal.

It works by delaying one side of the stereo spectrum to create a typical fattening effect. It works with stereo and mono sources.

You can tune the side and amount that is delayed, and the effect mix amount.

The Anvil

The Anvil is a digital emulation of a three channels tube preamplifier for guitar. It has been developed to accurately model its real hardware counterpart, designed by Andy Zeugs.

The Anvil has three completely independent channels, with different signal paths and separate tonestack controls, to maximize its versatility:

The Clean channel is inspired by the classic Californian circuits and provides crystal clear tones even at high gain settings.
